Abstract:
To provide a cable module capable of achieving size and cost reductions in a circuit configuration as well as protection from an inrush current even when live wire withdrawal is repeated.SOLUTION: An over-current protection circuit 13 is configured so that a switching element 13a is arranged between a power supply VCC and a load 15 and a precharge resistor 13b is arranged in parallel to the switching element. A first resistor 13c and a second resistor 13d are arranged in series between the power supply and a predetermined potential. A capacitor 13e is arranged in parallel to the second resistor between a junction point of the first resistor and the second resistor and a predetermined potential. From the junction point of the first resistor and the second resistor, the switching element is provided with a control line for applying a gate control signal EN. The first resistor and the capacitor function as a low-pass filter to a control signal and supply an electric current to a load through the precharge resistor immediately after the power supply is connected and supply an electric current to the load through the switching element after a lapse of fixed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
