In the cable protecting and guiding device 100, multiple link frame bodies 110 of a rectangular sectional, formed by respectively and laterally placing a bent inner peripheral side link plate 112 and a bent outer peripheral side link plate 113 between a pair of link plates 111 and 111 separated and disposed on right and left sides, are linked so as to mutually and freely bend a connection pin 111a and a connection pin hole 111b provided at link plates 111, and a foaming resin supporting body 120 surrounding and holding a mounting part of the cable C is disposed in the cable housing space in a pressing state to the link frame bodies 110.
