PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a wiring harness by using an inexpensive and general electric wire without using an expensive bend-resistance electric wire by bending the wiring harness which is cabled between a luggage room and a luggage door without difficulty.SOLUTION: A wiring harness is cabled to a luggage door of an automobile from a luggage room along a hinge arm, and an electric wire excess length accommodation case is arranged between the hinge arm and a vehicle body panel of the luggage room at an up-and-down vertical direction of the motion direction of the hinge arm. The electric wire excess length accommodation case is formed into a shape which has a circular electric wire inlet/outlet part formed with a wiring harness withdrawal port which communicates with a circular part of the hinge arm, and an excess length electric wire bypass part which continues to the circular electric wire inlet/outlet part. After the wiring harness is made to pass the excess length electric wire bypass part of the electric wire excess length accommodation part, the wiring harness which is withdrawn from the withdrawal port of the circular electric wire inlet/outlet part is made to progress along the circular part of the hinge arm, and cabled to the luggage door.
