Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken work for evaluating an influence of an effect on an environment affected by vibration, a noise and the like.
SOLUTION: A database 103 is provided to store numerical map information such as map information (geographical data provided by the National Geographical Authority, and the like), a population data linked to the map information, and a building distribution data, an analytical model generating part is constituted to prepare an analytical model by reading directly the map information data into the analytical model generating part for preparing the analytical model, and a three-dimensional CAD data generating part is provided to generate a building not included in the numerical map information data as a three- dimensional CAD data. An assembly means for coupling the three-dimensional CAD data generated in the three-dimensional CAD data generating part to the analytical model, and a shape changing means for changing a shape and an arrangement of the generated analytical model are provided in the three- dimensional CAD data generating part. An analytical result evaluating part is constituted to display the numerical map information data together with an analytical result.
