Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression mechanism with a high pressure dome type compressor and a low pressure dome type compressor arranged side by side capable of improving reliability to oil supply to each of the compressors, and achieving one unit operation by either of the compressors.
SOLUTION: The compression mechanism 11 of an air conditioner 1 includes: the high pressure dome type first compressor 21; the low pressure dome type second compressor 22; a refrigerant suction main pipe 23; a first branch pipe 24; a second branch pipe 25; an oil discharge pipe 26 for connecting the first compressor 21 and the second branch pipe 25; an oil separator 27; and an oil return pipe 28 connected to the first branch pipe 24. The first branch pipe 24 is formed so as to decline from a connection part to the oil return pipe 28 to a connection part to the refrigerant suction main pipe 23. The second branch pipe 25 is formed so as to decline from a connection part of the oil discharge pipe 26 to the connection part to the refrigerant suction main pipe 23.
