Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage nut easily enabling miniaturization and weight reduction.
SOLUTION: The cage nut 12 for mounting a cab on a chassis frame is mounted on a cab mounting bracket 1 of a cab and provided with a nut 15 and a retainer plate 16. The nut 15 is provided with an engaging rod part 14 slidably placed on the bracket 1 and extending in the diametral direction. The retainer plate 16 mounted in a manner such as to cover the nut 15 on the bracket 1 controls the sliding range of the nut 15 and engages with the rod part 14 for the purpose of controlling the rotation of the nut 15.
