Title:
SUPPORTING BODY FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC METHOD, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC DEVICE, PROCESS CARTRIDGE FOR FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC DEVICE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3877268
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting body for an electrophotographic photoreceptor and a photoreceptor drum which are excellent in scratch resistance for repeated use and low-cost considering productivity and recycling property, and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor using the supporting body for an electrophotographic photoreceptor, and to provide an electrophotographic method, electrophotographic device an process cartridge for an electrophotographic device by using the photoreceptor.
SOLUTION: In a drum type electrophotographic photoreceptor manufactured by forming a photosensitive layer on a conductive supporting body drum, the conductive supporting drum satisfies inequality (1) and is a hollow nickel drum formed by a method of electroplating. In the inequality, d is the thickness (mm) of the nickel drum and &phiv is the diameter (mm) of the nickel drum.
