To provide a cage for a rolling bearing and the rolling bearing, capable of strengthening joining force of a pair of cage dividing pieces.
This cage 14 for the rolling bearing has the pair of cage dividing pieces 18 and 19 mutually connected in a position of a column part 16 by being divided in the axial direction. An arm part 20 extending in the axial direction and a locking claw 21 arranged in a part turning outside in the radial direction of this arm part 20, are arranged in the column part 16 of one cage dividing piece 18. A fitting hole 22 for fitting the arm part 20 in the axial direction and a locking part 23 for locking the locking claw 21, are arranged in the column part 16 of the other cage dividing piece 19. A space part 25 allowing elastic deformation to the outside in the radial direction of the arm part 20, is arranged between the arm part 20 and the fitting hole 22.
