To select an operator of a back reception part who is most appropriate for receiving a call on the basis of the reception contents of the call in a front reception part and skill information of each operator of the back reception when transferring the call received by the front reception part of a call center to the back reception part.
The control part 12 of the front reception part 1 receives a call from a caller and inputs the reception contents in the front reception part which has received the call from the caller. Also, when the call is transferred to the back reception part, the control part 12 selects the operator of the back reception part to receive the received call on the basis of a keyword included in the reception contents of the call and the skill information including the keyword by operator of the back reception part.
