The system is provided with an input processing means 15 that specifies calling execution items according to input information entered attended with occurrence of an event requiring calling of necessary personnel, with a calling sequence execution processing means 16 that conducts calling processing to called necessary personnel according to a prescribed sequence based on the execution items specified by the input processing means and confirms the state of the called necessary personnel according to replies from the called necessary personnel that receive the calling processing, and with an output means that outputs the state of the called necessary personnel confirmed by the calling sequence execution processing means 16.
