PURPOSE: To ensure the connection between an inner shaft element and a first cam element by forming a slit through which the first cam element connected to the inner shaft element can penetrate, in an outer shaft element connected thereto with a second cam element.
CONSTITUTION: An outer shaft element 102 and an inner shaft element 101 can be twisted with respect to each other by an adjusting device 111 up to a limited angle. The outer shaft element 102 connected to a second cam element 108 is formed therein with a slit 109 through which a fist cam 107 connected to the inner shaft element 101 penetrates. With this arrangement, the first cam element 107 inserted through the slit 109 can surely be connected to the inner shaft element 101 by laser-welding.
