Title:
CAM SYNCHRONIZING MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3238140
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam synchronizing mechanism capable of exhausting generated bubbles, and in which a hydraulic fluid is easily replenished.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic fluid is supplied, and discharged between a ram hydraulic cylinder 4 reciprocated by a cam 1 and a single-acting hydraulic cylinder 10 through a high pressure flow passage 16, and the single-acting cylinder 10 is driven depending upon the configuration of the cam 1. The hydraulic fluid of an oil chamber 28 opened to atmosphere is sucked into an operation chamber 38 to be pressurized therein, and then the operation chamber 38 supplies the hydraulic fluid for a ram hydraulic cylinder 4 through a supplying flow passage 44. Further, this cam synchronizing mechanism is provided with a shutoff valve 30 for returning the hydraulic fluid coming from the single-acting hydraulic cylinder 10 to the oil chamber 28.
