Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the elimination of all photographing information due to exchange of batteries at a low cost by writing normal data in a volatile storage means and important data of a part in a nonvolatile storage means.

CONSTITUTION: The battery 13 as a power source for actuating a camera is exchangeably connected to a BCPU 11. At the time of photographing, in each photographed frame, all photographing data to be written on a film 17 is stored in a RAM 12 in the BCPU 11 and the photographing data of a part of all the photographing data is stored in an EEPROM 14. At the time of rewinding the film, data is written on the film 17 based on the contents of the RAM 12 by a magnetic head 16, when the photographing data is stored in the RAM 12 and based on the contents of the EEPROM 14, when the photographing data is not stored in the RAM 12.
