Title:
CAMERA PROVIDED WITH IMAGE BLURRING CORRECTING FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3426370
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a camera provided with an image blurring correcting function capable of eliminating an influence caused by a shake to the minimum even in the case a shake quantity is beyond the correctable extent by a correcting means.
CONSTITUTION: When a release switch is turned on, a difference ΔAv between a set aperture value Av and the maximum aperture value Avmax obtained when the aperture diameter is made smallest is obtained(S6), then, the camera starts exposing (S7). While exposing, the detection and calculation of the shake quantity(S8), the drive of the correction lens(S9) are repeatedly executed until the exposure time is ended. And in the case of judging that the shake quantity is larger than the correctable maximum value (S12), a light shielding means is operated, and the diaphragm is set to the maximum aperture value Avmax so as to perform diaphragming as much as possible. When the operation of the light shielding means is completed, a counter value is decremented at a prescribed ratio(S22), then, the exposure reduced by operating the light shielding means is compensated by prolonging the exposure time.
