Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily perform even without skill by training in a short time an operation of gliding a glider, taking off at a prescribed upward facing angle and of climbing at a fixed speed.
CONSTITUTION: A governor 7 of controlling a rotational speed of an engine 5 is formed as the governor usable even both as a maximum/minimum speed governor and an all-speed governor, to make the governor 7 function as the maximum/minimum speed governor after gliding a glider 3 on the ground till taking off, also to increase an engine speed, and when the glider 3 takes off, the governor 7 is made to function as the all-speed governor, also to decrease the engine speed.
