A lens unit 11 has its stop switched according to whether an arm 40b is moved. A strobe unit 12 has a synchro switch 52 and a photometry switch 53 and further a stop switching lever 56, etc., for moving the arm 40b built in. When the lens unit 11 is assembled, the respective units 11 to 13 are only built in at specific positions; and then the synchro switch 52 is positioned in the movement path of a depression part 71c of a shutter blade 71, the photometry switch 53 is positioned in the movement path of a depression pin moving in response to the depression of a shutter button, and the stop switching lever 56 is positioned on the same plane with the movement path of the arm 40b. Consequently, when a picture is taken, the shutter is released and stroboscopic lighting is performed after the stop is switched in response to the depression of the shutter button. When the unit is disassembled, the units 11 to 13 can be detached independently only by unlocking a lock claw.
