Abstract:
To provide a candlestand for Japanese candle that enable Japanese candles which vary in shape and size to be used without requiring much manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A candlestand comprises a pan 1 which receives wax and a needle-like candlestick 2 which is inserted into the cavity in the wick of a Japanese candle. The candlestick 2 is formed of a column body which decreases in thickness with the distance from a part contacting the pan 1, and the column body has an air path 21 formed which lets air flow in the cavity in the wick from the bottom part of the Japanese candle to make the constitution simple for reduction in manufacturing costs. Even if a Japanese candle has a cavity differing in size, the size of the candlestick is equal to the size of the cavity at some position to fix the Japanese candle, so that the candlestand can be used for Japanese candles differing in cavity size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
