The stator 50 is bounded by an outer frame 41, an inner cylinder can 43 and side plate 42, all being made from sheet metal, and the rotor chamber located inside in radial direction of the inner cylinder can 43 is filled with an encapsulate liquid, while that end of outer frame 41 located on the side with the pump part P is folded inward in the radial direction so that the side plate 42 is formed, whose inner end in the radial direction is folded so that the inner cylinder can 43 is formed, and that end of the can 43 located opposite the pump part P is blocked.
