The tamperproof cap C to be used for a bottle B having a cylindrical mouth 5 consists of a combination of the inner lid 3 to be inserted into the bottle mouth and the outer lid 2 with a shape for covering the inner lid. The inner lid includes, on its outer peripheral surface, an external thread form 31 and an outwardly protruding inner lid lock 32. The outer lid includes the outer lid body 25 formed to be screwed on the external thread form and the tamperproof evidence band 26b attached via a plurality of bridges 40 to the outer lid body. The tamper-evident band is provided on its inner peripheral surface with an outer lid lock 27 formed to cause positional interference with the inner lid lock when unsealing. At least part of the plurality of bridges are formed along a path longer than the shortest path connecting the outer lid body with the tamperproof evidence band.
