Abstract:
To provide a cap unit and a beverage container which can prevent beverage from leaked from a vent hole with a simple configuration even when the beverage powerfully moves in an upward turning direction.SOLUTION: A cap unit 1A that is mounted on a container body 2 whose upper part is opened includes a cap body 10 which blocks an upper opening part 2d of the container body 2 and has a top wall part 10a and a peripheral wall part 10b, a lid body 20 arranged above the cap body 10, a hinge 30 for rotatably connecting the lid body 20 to the cap body 10, and a water stop packing 40 for sealing a space between the container body 2 and the cap body 10, wherein the cap body 10 has a liquid passing port 12 and a vent hole 13 which penetrate through the top wall part 10a in a vertical direction and communicate the inside and the outside of the container body 2, and are covered with the lid body 20, and the vent hole 13 is covered with the water stop packing 40 when viewed from below.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
