Abstract:
To provide a cap unit and a beverage container which can satisfactorily maintain a lock state of a lid body even when an impact is given thereto by falling.SOLUTION: A cap unit includes a cap body 10 having a liquid passing port for communicating the inside and the outside of a container body, a lid body 20 which is arranged above the cap body 10 and covers the liquid passing port, a hinge 30 for rotatably connecting the lid body 20 to the cap body 10, and a lid lock mechanism 50 for fixing the lid body 20 to the cap body 10 at a block position, wherein the lid lock mechanism 50 has an engaged part provided on one of the cap body 10 and the lid body 20, and an engagement part which is provided on the other of the cap body 10 and the lid body 20 and is engaged with the engaged part from a front side, the cap body 10 has a contacted part 19, and the lid body 20 has a contact part 23 contacting the contacted part 19 from the rear side when the lid body 20 is displaced to the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
