Abstract:
To provide a cap unit which can inhibit a ring member in a storage state from being opened unintentionally, and to provide a beverage container.SOLUTION: A cap unit 3C is attached to a neck part 2c of a container body 2C which is open at an upper part and includes: a cap body 30 which closes an upper opening 2d of the container body 2C; an annular ring member 33 disposed at the upper side of the cap body 30; a hinge 32 which connects the ring member 33 with the cap body 30 in a manner that the ring member 33 may rotate around a hinge center axis A; and a storage state maintaining mechanism 23 which maintains an attitude of the ring member 33 in a state that the ring member 33 is stored.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
