Abstract:
To provide a cap unit which can maintain a good threadedly engaging state between a cap unit and a container body while enabling a ring member to rotate around a hinge to improve convenience and stop the ring member at a given position, and to provide a beverage container.SOLUTION: A cap unit 3A is threadedly engaged with a neck part of a container body, which is open at an upper part, to be detachably attached thereto and includes: a cap body 9 which closes an upper opening of the container body; an annular ring member 11 disposed on the upper side of the cap body 9; and a hinge 12 which connects the ring member 11 with the cap body 9 in a manner that the ring member 11 may rotate around a hinge center axis A. The hinge 12 has a biasing part 19 which may elastically deform. The biasing part 19 biases the ring member 11 toward one side as seen in a hinge axis direction, in which the hinge center axis A extends, relative to the cap body 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
