Abstract:
To provide a cap unit in which the loss of components is suppressed, the timing when beverage is replenished or flows out through a liquid passage port can be easily recognized, the mouth touch feeling when touching the mouth to a spout portion is good, and it is easy to place the mouth on the spout portion even if the beverage is hot, and it is easy to use and the beverage is easy to drink, and a beverage container.SOLUTION: The cap unit includes: a cap body 10 having a liquid passage port 12; a lid body 20 for covering the liquid passage port 12 from above; a hinge 30; a waterproof packing 70 for sealing a space between the lid 20 and a container body 2; and a lid lock mechanism 40 for fixing the lid body 20 to the cap body 10 at a closed position. The lid lock mechanism 40 has an engaging portion 47 for engaging with the lid body 20 or the cap body 10. The cap body 10 is arranged above an upper opening 2d of the container body 2 and has a spout portion 11 with the liquid passage port 12 formed therein. The spout portion 11 extends vertically so as to connect with the upper opening 2d, and has a front portion thereof protrudes above the engaging portion 47 .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
