A plurality of capacitor elements are modularized as first, second and third capacitor element groups 4, 5, 6. Roof internal space 1A, column member space 1B and underfloor space 1C are used as the storage places of the first, second and third capacitor element groups 4, 5, 6, and a plurality of capacitor elements are arranged in free positions. A plurality of capacitor elements can therefore be arranged in optional space using the roof internal space 1A, column member space 1B and underfloor space 1C of a bus 1, so that layout freedom of a plurality of capacitor elements can be ensured, and new mounting space can be dispensed with at the time of mounting.
