Abstract:
To provide a capacitor in which thermal injury of a capacitor element is less likely to occur.SOLUTION: A film capacitor 1 includes a capacitor element having a first end face electrode and a second end face electrode, a case 400 in which the capacitor element is received, and a first bus bar 200 and a second bus bar 300 for being connected, respectively, with the first end face electrode and the second end face electrode. The first bus bar 200 and the second bus bar 300 include outside connection terminal parts 230, 330 placed on the outside of the case 400, and connectable with a first external terminal, and relay terminal parts 240, 340 for connection with the outside connection terminal parts 230, 330 on the outside of the case 400. The relay terminal parts 240, 340 have surfaces spreading along the front lateral face part 402 of the case 400 so as to oppose the front lateral face part 402.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
