Abstract:
To provide a capacity control valve in particular that can be preferably used at a slant plate type variable displacement compressor having a clutch.SOLUTION: This capacity control valve 200 comprises an in-valve supply passage 250 forming a part of a supply passage for use in supplying refrigerant kept in a discharge chamber 120 to a control pressure chamber 105 and also having a contraction area (a valve hole 220); an in-valve discharge passage 260 forming a part of the discharge passage for use in discharging refrigerant kept in the control pressure chamber 105 to a suction chamber 119; a solenoid 270; a connecting member 224 for use in increasing a degree of opening of the in-valve discharge passage 260 when the pressure in the suction chamber 119 is higher than a set pressure corresponding to an electric conduction of the solenoid 270 and decreasing the degree of opening of the in-valve discharge passage 260 when the pressure in the suction chamber 119 is lower than the aforesaid set pressure; and a valve body 222 biased toward such a direction as on in which it closes an in-valve supply passage 250 and for releasing the in-valve supply passage 250 by being pressed against the connecting member 224 closing the in-valve discharge passage 260.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
