PURPOSE: To enable it to change a cushioning capacity inexpensively and partially in an easy manner by filling up a first cushion material, consisting of a mixture of pulverized chips of a resin foaming body and adhesives, in a pair of forming die spaces set up with a support pole upper end, while embedding a second cushion material of the resin foaming body in the upper part so as to make the top face come into contact with a male mold and pressurizing it.

CONSTITUTION: A cushion member Ca consists of a first cushion member 4a and a second cushion member 5a of an outer layer part at the front part 11a of the first cushion member. At time of manufacturing, a mixture 40 of pulverized chips of urethane foam waste matter of the first cushion material and adhesive, and a slab insert material 50 of the second cushion member 5a both are provided in both forming dies 81, 82. Then, this mixture 40 is filled up in the female mold 81 at the first process, and at the second process, the insert material 50 is embedded in the upper part after having a top face 501 exposed. Next, at the third process, the male mold 82 is covered so as to come into contact with the top face 501 of the insert material 50, steam is sprayed out of a hole 811 on the bottom of the female mold 81, and the male mold 82 is pressurized to the side of the female 81 as accelerating a reaction of the adhesives, and then pressurizing force is removed at the fourth process and each molding is taken out.
