Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a rotary brush from staining by forming a brush material of rotary brushes out of cloth conducted with waterproof processing by means of resin direct coating, realizing execution of brush cleaning action to rotate the rotary brushes at a high speed at the time of car wash action. CONSTITUTION: A car washer main body 1 is equipped with an upper surface rotary brush 3 to be able to ascend/descend along an upper surface shape of an automobile A; a pair of side rotary brushes 4 to be able to conduct opening/ closing movements along the side shapes of the automobile A; and nozzles 5 to jet water and various liquid agents. In this instance, as for the rotary brshes 3, 4, cloth 10 conducted with waterproof processing by means of resin direct coating is formed as a brush material. As for the material of the cloth 10, woven cloth called tricot is used, and as for the cloth that becomes the material, brush rising processing is conducted on one side, and pliability of the cloth 10 is improved, and at the same time cushioning property by means of brush rising is added. Also, resin direct coating is conducted on a non brush rising side where brush rising is not conducted.
