To provide an oral preparation containing an oral carbapenem antibiotic, having good disintegration property of the preparation, remarkably improved in releasing property of an active ingredient, having good stability of the active ingredient with time and not producing a decomposed material and not causing lowering of antimicrobial activities during preparation.

This carbapenem antibiotic-containing oral preparation is obtained by producing, by dry granulation method, granules comprising the oral carbapenem antibiotic represented by formula (1), and further, (a) one or more kinds of substances selected from the group consisting of a fine-crystalline cellulose, lactose and anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate as vehicles, (b) one or more kinds of substances selected from the group consisting of crospovidone, carmellose sodium and croscarmellose sodium as a disintegrator and (c) magnesium stearate or talc as a lubricant.
