Abstract:
To provide an IB kinase inhibitor.
This invention relates to the treatment of cancer. In particular, this invention relates to the use of inhibitors of IB kinase in order to disturb cancer cell proliferation and to treat cancer including multiple myeloma. This invention relates to a method for disturbing cancer cell proliferation. In particular, this invention provides a method for disturbing cancer cell proliferation by administering inhibitors of IB kinase described in this specification. This invention further provides a method for treating cancer by administering the inhibitors of IB kinase to a patient having cancer cells.
