Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel carbon nanostructure filmy material available as a moisture sensor, etc., and a method for manufacturing a filmy material, capable of manufacturing the novel carbon nanostructure filmy material.SOLUTION: The novel carbon nanostructure filmy material: including a large number of mountain-shaped protrusions having the diameter of bottom surface of 400 nm or more and 20 μm or less and having a laminated carbon nano sheet having a thickness of 50 nm or less; and constituted of carbon including oxide nanoparticles having a diameter of 0.1 nm or more and 100 nm or less is obtained by irradiating a resin base material including oxide nanoparticles with a pulse laser.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
