Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon short fiber nonwoven fabric excellent in processability without loosing dispersibility of a carbon short fiber in a heating or heating and pressing treatment in manufacturing a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite and in a heat press processing for manufacturing a molded article from the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite, and a composite by laminating the carbon short fiber nonwoven fabric and a thermoplastic resin film.SOLUTION: There are provided a carbon short fiber nonwoven fabric containing a carbon short fiber, a thermoplastic resin fiber and microfibrillated cellulose, the microfibrillated cellulose can be uneven distributed in a water surface side by absorbing a hydrophilization agent in water and has concentration dependency of viscosity represented by the following mathematical expression and β of 2.0 or more and a composite by laminating the carbon short fiber unwoven fabric and a thermoplastic resin film. η=αexp(βC), where η is viscosity, α is extrapolation value at concentration of 0%, β is a parameter on concentration dependency and C is concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: None
