Abstract:

To remove polymers bonded to metal surely and efficiently in safety through a simple arrangement.

A carbonization chamber surrounded by heat resistant walls 4a, 4b having a heater 5 is disposed on the inside of the heat insulating layer 2a of a box type body 2. A sample receiving part 8 having a porous mounting face integrally or separately is arranged in the carbonization chamber and a tapered trough 8c for introducing thermally liquefied resin is disposed below the porous mounting face along with a discharge pipe 9 having one end communicating with the trough 8c and the other end extending to the outside of the body 2. The thermally liquefied resin is collected from the discharge pipe 9 to the outside at the bottom of the body 2.
