Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an image processing unit in which a random noise is eliminated, which requires no storage means of a large capacity and whose large sized configuration is avoided and which does not require a long time for noise elimination processing.
CONSTITUTION: The processing unit is provided with an image storage element 11 storing information corresponding to at least one image (one frame), a subtractor 14 subtracting received image information from information from the image storage element 11, a multiplier 15 implementing division of the number of times (n) of an image fetching to the information from the subtractor 14, that is, multiplying 1/n being a reciprocal of the image fetching number (n) by the information, and an adder 13 adding the information from the image storage element 11 whose timing is matched via a delay device 12 to the information from the multiplier 15, and the image storage element 11 stores the input image information when the image fetching number is one and stores the information from the adder 13 when the image fetching number is two or over.
