PURPOSE: To secure the constant card push-out velocity and thus eliminate the reading error or the like by providing the elastic substance giving the push-out force to the card to either one of the main shift component having the interlocking action following the card and the secondary shift component interlocking the main shift component.

CONSTITUTION: Card 2 is inserted into the card insertion slit within main body 1 of the card push-out device, and secondary shift component 7 interclocking main shift component 3 is shifted up to one-dot chain line position E after the edge surface of card 2 reached start point S. Then the hand holding card 2 is released, and thus card 2 is sent back toward direction b and then stopped at point S after acceleration given by the strain energy of stretching spring 8 which is stored according to the fixed size. In that case, the information of the magnetic stripe of care 2 is read out or memorized via head 4 under returning of card 2. At the same time, the motion delay component is provided via wheel 11 connecting to component 7. Wheel 11 is composed of plural number of gears in order to secure the constant velocity for push-out of card 2.
