Abstract:
To provide a cargo vessel capable of securing sea surface perspective up front from a bridge while suppressing height of the bridge in a cargo vessel having the bridge and a housing area in stern.SOLUTION: A cargo vessel includes: a hull; a housing area provided on an upper deck of the hull and in stern; and a bridge provided above the housing area. When an outside wall facing a bow side is stipulated as a front wall and an outside wall opposing the bow side is stipulated as a rear wall, the housing area is composed of a plurality of layers, a front wall of an uppermost layer is more on the bow side than a front wall of a lowermost layer of the housing area, and a front wall of the bridge is more on the bow side than the front wall of the uppermost layer of the housing area or the front wall of the uppermost layer of the housing area and the front wall of the bridge are essentially in the same position over the total length direction of the hull as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
