Abstract:
To provide a carry-in/-out device for carried object members, having relatively simple construction for carrying the carried object members such as glass substrates in/out of a storage part with easy operation.
A slider 20 comprises pulleys 31-33, 34-36, 37-39 whose shafts are supported by a frame 21, and belts 41, 42, 43 applied thereon. The glass substrates are placed on the belts 41, 42, 43. The belts 41, 43 are screwed to a cassette rack 16. When handles 22, 23 are pulled out, the belts 41, 42, 43 are moved a length twice the pull-out length, thereby pulling out the slider 20 a length half the total length of the glass substrate, and the total length of glass substrate thus can be pulled out.
