This device 100 for aligning hat-shaped plug is provided with a screw conveyor 20 for conveying a hat-shaped plug, a first engaging part 35 constituted to engage a crown part of a hat-shaped plug 10A facing a first direction among the hat-shaped plugs 10 conveyed by the screw conveyor 20, and a second engaging part 55 constituted to engage a crown part of a hat-shaped plug 10B facing a second direction. The crown part of the hat-shaped plug 10A facing the first direction is engaged with the first engaging part 35 to rotate hat-shaped the plug 10A, and the crown part of the hat-shaped plug 10B facing the second direction is engaged with the second engaging part 55 to rotate the hat-shaped plug 10B so that the hat-shaped plugs 10A, 10B which do not face to a target direction face to the target direction.
