In addition, when the product P and the end material H which are discharged without carrying-out through the belt conveyor 13 are dropped, a roller 11 on the side of the shearing machine 1 where a conveyor belt 15 of the belt conveyor 13 is rotatively supported so as to run is separated from the shearing machine 1 by a moving means 21 to form a space from which the product P and the end material and dropped. In this case, since a prescribed tension is given to the conveyor belt 15 by a tension giving means 31, the conveyor belt 15 does not loosen.
