PURPOSE: To reduce the attaching man-hours, and to improve the volume efficiency by forming a discharge pipe with a slit-like opening in the longitudinal direction opposite to multiple holes provided in the longitudinal direction of a flow-out part of an air supplying pipe, and discharging the powder and granular material with the pressurized air from multiple holes of the air supplying pipe to a receiving pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge port 15 between the lower edges of a right and a left slide plates 14 is provided in the lower part of the inside of a tank 13, and an air supplying pipe 16 and a discharge pipe 17 are arranged just under the discharge port 15. The air supplying pipe 16 is provided with a flow-out part 19 formed with multiple holes 18 in the longitudinal direction opposite to the discharge pipe 17. The discharge pipe 17 is formed with a slit-like opening 20 in the longitudinal direction opposite to the multiple holes 18 of the air supplying pipe 16. The powder and granular material P inside of the tank 13 is flowed into the discharge pipe 17 through the opening 20 with the pressurized air from the multiple holes 18, and flowed to the other end of the discharge pipe 17, and discharged to a silo or the like through a receiving pipe. In this case, all of the slide plates 14, the air supplying pipe 16 and the discharge pipe 17 or the like are formed into the straight line shape to facilitate the manufacture.
