To make a positive pressure or a negative pressure always act while a liquid flows down in a plurality of cartidges when the plurality of cartridges are arranged in parallel so as to apply the positive pressure or the negative pressure.
A cartridge is composed of a first extraction chamber 1 in which a sample is arranged, a cylindrical liquid storage chamber 2 which is arranged at the upper part of the extraction chamber 1 and which comprises a liquid supply hole 20 communicating with the extraction chamber 1, and a valve body 3 which is arranged inside the liquid storage chamber 2, in which a valve part 30 used to close the liquid supply hole 20 is provided at the lower end part and whose apparent specific gravity is smaller than that of a liquid to be injected. When the valve part 30 closes the liquid supply hole 20, the communication of the extraction chamber 1 with the air is cut off.
