Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a case body for outdoor installation, which is capable of improving a heat transfer effect, by a method wherein in the case body for outdoor installation, which is installed outdoors in a transmitter, broadcasting facilities and the like and is provided with a heat dissipation structure, metallic powder or a liquid is applied on the surfaces of a flange between molded members.
CONSTITUTION: Rooms 13 are formed between the butting faces of first and second radiators 11 and 12 and at the same time, the water resistance and airtightness of the rooms 13 are secured by double O-rings 14 and 15. Rooms 13 are filled with metallic powder 16, which has a high freedom in a form manner and is of a high nature also in heat conductivity. In the first radiator 11, wedge-shaped projected parts 11c are formed on parts of its inner wall surface and these projected parts 11c are formed in such a way as to bite in the metallic powder 16. In the second radiator 12, projected parts 12b are formed on the bottoms of its recessed parts.
