Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify an input procedure and to prevent an erroneous input by displaying a state of a table which manages dealing items of the user based on the input of the user and the guidance showing the input. CONSTITUTION:A slip reading terminal 11 for receiving an exchange dealing slip described and formed by the user and a payee file are held and they are connected to a decentralized processor 12 recognizing the payee on the exchange slip read by the device 11 by a transmission path 10 comprising an electric communication line or the like. The device 11 comprises a processing section 20, a slip handling section 32, a display 33, a slip reader 34, an external storage device 35 and an interface device 36. In the device 35, a character font dictionary or the like for recognizing the character from the slip data read by the reader 34 is stored. The processor 12 comprises a processing section 40, an external storage device 55, and an interface device 56. In the device 55, the payee, a remittee data every transactor is stored. In such a manner, the input procedure is simplified and an erroneous input can be prevented.
