Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-to-see slip in accordance with the purpose, by freely switching between an external printer and a receipt/journal printer that prints an output data based on a transmitted message. CONSTITUTION:A transmission data 2 sent from an external data transmitter 1 is received by a data transmitter 4 of a cash register 3 and then processed by a data processor 5. A receipt/journal printer 6 or an external printer 6 is selected according to the contents of the transmitted message in the transmission data. Then, the register changeovered by a printer switch 8 between the printers 6 and 7. Thus the contents of the transmission data is printed out.
