To form a drilling hole in parallel with press-fitting a casing in a location with an overhead clearance limitation.
When joining a reverse rod 103' and supplying a casing 10' to a casing press-fitting device 9, first of all, a rotary drilling device 7 is separated by a swivel head 6 and a base machine body 22 is turned left at 90°. Next, an upper end portion of the new reverse rod 103' is connected to the swivel head 6. A frame 4 is then brought into a tilted state and the casing 10' is disposed under the frame 4. Thereafter, the casing 10' is moved horizontally while returning the tilted frame 4 to an upright state, thereby proceeding with insertion of the frame 4 into the casing 10'. Next, the casing 10' is hoisted by an auxiliary crane 8. The base machine body 22 is then turned right at 90°. Thereafter, an upper end portion of the rotary drilling device 7 is connected to a lower end portion of the reverse rod 103'. Afterwards, the casing 10' is moved down and set to the casing press-fitting device 9.
