Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the weight of a casing while maintaining the property that a plurality of surfaces can be used as a mounting surface.SOLUTION: A casing 10 comprises; an input side casing part 10A for accommodating an input axis 14; and an output side casing part 10B for accommodating an output axis 12, in which with respect to the dimension in an axial direction of the output axis, the dimension of the input side casing part is smaller than the dimension of the output side casing part; the output side casing part includes an output side bottom face P3b becoming a mounting surface when placed vertically; the output side bottom face includes vertically placed installation fitting parts 34 in vicinities of four corners; the input side casing part includes an input side back face P6a becoming a mounting surface when placed horizontally; the output side casing part includes an output side back face P6b becoming a mounting surface when placed horizontally; and horizontally placed installation fitting parts 50 are provided in vicinities of four corners of the output side back face P6b and the input side back face P6a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
