Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto loader for indexing cassette at a different size without using pallets.
SOLUTION: This auto loader includes a separating mechanism having plural partitioning walls, which form plural grooves, and an indexing mechanism having plural partitioning walls, which form plural grooves corresponding to the groves of the separating mechanism. An indexing unit driving mechanism moves the indexing mechanism to the original position of the separating mechanism, and the grooves formed by the partitioning walls of the indexing mechanism are moved by one position in relation to the grooves formed by the partitioning walls of the separating mechanism. A separator driving mechanism drives the separating mechanism to the original position of the indexing mechanism so that a bottom surface of each groove formed by the partitioning walls of the separating mechanism is positioned on a flat surface different from a flat surface, on which a bottom surface of each groove formed by the partitioning walls of the indexing mechanism.
