Abstract:
To provide a treatment method of a cast iron material which can break the cast iron material safely with low noise and low vibration in processing of the cast iron material, and to provide a pore-forming assistant jig assisting pore-forming work accompanied with the treatment method of the cast iron material effectively and safely.SOLUTION: A treatment method of a cast iron material comprises a breaking step that a function part of an expansion-type crusher is inserted into a hole of the cast iron material and the expansion power to a direction widening the diameter caused from the function part breaks the cast iron material after the insertion. A pore-forming step forming the hole on the cast iron material for insertion of the function part and a breaking induction line formation step forming a groove-like breaking induction line connected to an opening edge on the surface of the cast iron material can be comprised as steps before he breaking step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
