Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent cutting of a lug part due to corrosion by uniformalizing the fusing ratio of the lug part of each plate when a strap and the lug part are to be welded together.
CONSTITUTION: A plate group is so formed that an interval Bn between respective lug parts 101-106 of a plurality of plates of the same polarity, is increased gradually form the center part of the plate group toward the outside in the direction of lamination. The lug parts 101-106 of the plate group are inserted into a melted metal injected into a metal mold 6 to cast and form a strap 5, while the lug parts 101-106 are welded to the strap 5.
